Four Views of Iitsiiniiksi’naatsin - Blackfoot Story Robe

This is a 3D rendering of a Story Robe, or Iitsiiniiksi’naatsin in the Blackfoot language. The robe was digitized in a project called ‘Mootookakio’ssin’, a collaboration between the Blackfoot Digital Library as an effort of the Blackfoot Confederacy, the University of Lethbridge, and researchers from the UK. It was digitized through the processes of photogrammetry and reflectance transformation imagery, or RTI.
